Game’s 09:30 –12:30, 13:30-16:30

Lunch 12:30 – 13:30

Final matches 17:00 –18:00

All divisions 6-a-side (grass courts) – men / women / mixed

South Birmingham Volleyball Club hosted its 1^st annual tournament on 12^th July 2009

A highly enjoyable day was had by all at the West Midlands Travel Sports Club in Birmingham on Sunday. 12 teams attended the event, which formed part of the Regional Grass Series, which was a fantastic turn out for our first year. Although there were not enough teams to form separate men’s, women’s and mixed divisions everyone had a lot of fun playing against a mixture of other teams.. A fantastic atmosphere, as well as sunshine and blue skies, surrounded the tournament.

Birmingham Uni triumphed to take the tournament trophy, beating runners up Persian Phoenix in the final game mixed div. 2 : 0 ( 15:07, 15:10)
