Entries and fees

1)       The closing date for entry is 09-july-2009

2)       Cancellations will receive refunds according to the following schedule:

a.        Before 1st June 2009 – 100%

b.       Before 20th June 2009 – 50%

c.        After 20th June 2009 – 0%

3)       Team entry fees must be paid in advance

4)       Car parking is free

5)       No refunds will be made in the event that play is disrupted by weather or other events beyond the control of the committee

6)       The committee reserves the right to refuse entries

7)       The committee reserves the right to combine divisions based upon the number of entries

Play and Social Events

1)       Mixed teams must have 2 women on court at all times

2)       Registration is from 8:30am on Sunday 12th July and play begins at 9:30am

3)       The TM social competition is an additional event only and does run during the main tournament at separately courts.

4)       Tee and coffee available from 8:30.

5)       Pub will open from 12:00 (maybe earlier) till end of competition.

6)       Food and bar facilities will be available Sunday daytime.

8)       Barbeques can damage the playing fields; do not use disposable    barbeques on the pitches.

9)       Please observe the instructions of marshals and other SBVC Tournament staff
