INTRODUCTION

The summer time is break in the league games and most of the clubs don’t have any interesting activities for their players. There are lots of players missing as they are on holidays. But I know few people from Birmingham that want to play volleyball also in the summer. I decided with my friends to play in the grass volleyball and we welcome all the players that would like to play with us.

TARGET

To collect all the players from Birmingham that are willing to play. To create meeting place for sport contest and to have a good time with volleyball enthusiasts.

MAIN RULES OF THE LEAGUE

This is not going to be normal league. Holiday time does not give us chance to create games schedule and play these games in given time. I suggest to play in the system, which would give chance to play for the single people, players. Also give chance for teams even if they can play every game because of the holiday. Games are going to be played in sunny days between 2nd of June and 30th of August 2008 except of the days when the Rainbow Volleyball club has the tournaments. Current weather forecast & treaning/game time is going to be presented on the webpage 3 days before. Winners are going to receive the award. End of the leage is going to be finished by barbecue where the awards are going to be given.

1. Players must be over 16 years old.

3. Players are going to be placed in the teams by random way after they pay 2 pound

4. As we see how many people turn up we will see if we play 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 a-side

5. After each set teams are going to be mixed again by random way

6. Each day we will play about 2 hours as the weather lets us do it

7. Players in winning team get points for their own account

8. Winning player is that who has the best own score: win set/all sets, but player must play at least 25% of games played in the whole league.

9. At the end of the season in the event of two or more players finishing with equal points, finaly positions will be determined as follows:

-By sets won

-By score sets/sets lost.

-By sets lost.
